Here is another update on my calorie burning and fat loss endeavours.
This day, I was in the gym 40 seconds short of 2 hours and I burned 1013 calories, while I was wearing the Iqniter heart rate belt.
Although my heart rate didn’t hit over the 75% of maximum, I’m confident that I burned enough calories during my total workout, which burned plenty of body fat.
Methods of training/exercises:
- 10 minutes treadmill warm-up
- Approximately 60 minutes of weight training
- 20 minutes kettlebell HIIT workout
- Remaining time was on the gyms stair stepper
