Do you know what foods you should avoid if you are trying to lose weight?
Nutrition and the timing of your nutrition, is vital to your muscle growth and your fat loss program. There are certain things you must eat after your workout and certain things that you must absolutely avoid.
It really doesn’t have to be rocket science. Weight loss, I mean. After your workout, you must deliver the correct nutrition to your body, if you are to burn fat and build lean muscle. Don’t forget that the more muscle you have, the more fat you will automatically burn. This does not mean you will end up looking like a bodybuilder. Far from it.
First and foremost, you must get your protein. You must also replace glycogen stores, to replenish your body. Dont’ worry about the science though, just understand that when you workout your body is stressed and you use up all your energy.
SO, REPLACE IT.
