You see, most people are using their muscles with incorrect form. No matter what you are doing – bending over, cleaning, shopping (men too – I do all those things every day), you are putting stress on your muscles and joints (especially your back), that you can correct by doing this fundamental exercise.
You need to do legs squats several times a week if you want to tone your legs, burn calories and fat, and to generally look tremendous. A woman with strong, lean muscular legs looks incredibly fit and very attractive to the opposite sex!
