You don’t need equipment to burn fat. Sometimes using just your own body-weight can get a little monotonous. So what else can you do to burn those excess calories that are slowing down you life?
Have you ever used just a towel? Seriously, using just a hand towel or a t-shirt as a tool in your workout will help you to burn tons of calories. The question is though, would working out this way burn more calories than a HIIT workout on a stair stepper? My guess would be that if you really worked hard in your stepper workout, you would not because of the after burn affect of doing HIIT.
