Comparing diet and exercise, what is the most important factor? Most people believe that if they workout or exercise several times per week, this gives them the ‘OK’ to eat less healthy food than they actually should!
In essence, this is so incredibly incorrect. Sorry folks!
Watch the video and discover why.
Now, what do you think?
If your output of calories is greater than your intake, ie – how many calories you burn V’s how much food you eat, you are pretty much guaranteed to lose weight. For example, if you exercise for thirty minutes and go about your daily duties or if you sit at a desk all day (and depending on your body type and metabolism) lets say you burn two thousand calories per day.
And you consume five to six meals adding up to fifteen calories. Subtract one from the other and you have burned five hundred calories. Yey!
