The big question on every woman’s (and often, men) mind is how do I get lean and fit at home? Over the last, well, lots of years women have been told to do exercises like aerobics, step aerobics and other types of slow/medium intensity workouts.
But the problem with these types of exercises is that unless you exercise for sixty to ninety minutes, almost every evening, you will never burn enough calories to lose weight. Well not enough, quickly enough for it to be worth most peoples while.
So, in this video you will learn how to use a cheap, lightweight set of dumbbells to do a number of exercises that will tone and shape your whole body.
All you need is one set of light dumbbells, and you can do an all over body workout.
In the video:
- Dumbbell clean
- Dumbbell shrug
- Front squat
- Over head press
- Dumbbell back lunge
- Active rest for ten seconds between sets
If you don’t like this kind of workout with dumbbells, have you seen the variety of stair steppers that are available, that are incredible at burning fat and toning the complete body. There are many that have added resistance bands, so you can work the whole of your upper body while the stepping motion attacks your buttocks, thighs and calves.
