Some people, particularly women prefer to exercise at home for a number of highly valid reasons. Maybe they are a bit claustrophobic or don’t feel comfortable working out in a room filled with people they would rather not have see them jump and bounce around!
If that is you, don’t worry about it. I was like that too not so long ago after I needed abdominal surgery. First I lost a ton of lean body mass, then I gained a lot of ‘unhealthy’ weight which I really did not feel comfortable with. So I resigned myself to doing home workouts to lose a bit of the ‘flabby stuff’ before I got back to the big gym.
And I am a guy! So goodness knows how some timid ladies feel about exercising with a crowd of strangers.
